The Motorcycle Search from a Shorter Point of View
I'm in search of the Perfect Motorcycle, which is tougher than it sounds because I'm 5'1" tall. I fit on a majority of the cruisers, but find them too heavy and awkward (I owned a V Star Classic for a while) so I'm in search of a sportbike or sporty bike. I have a decent inseam length (between 28 and 30 depending on the brand of pants I'm wearing--I've never bothered to measure) so I can get one foot's toes down on most sportbikes, but a lot are too heavy for me to lift with just my toes and I'd rather have both feet on the ground. Last year we went to the show and sat on everything and shot photos of tons of bikes, but this year we concentrated on Sportbikes, anything orange, and the Weird Stuff there.
