It'll make you want smaller servings! Don't cut the entire pizza into slices because it's easier and more tempting to eat more of it. If you want just two pieces, just cut up two pieces. Cut up the rest later when you're not hungry and put it in the fridge. Don't know if this'll work for you, but it kept me from eating half of it tonight. Park the car far away in the parking lot for exercise. It really does work (plus it saves time since you don't wait for people to leave). If you can't bring yourself to park far away, then buy a new car. That'll keep you at a distance from the rest of the cars, which means far away. Hey I didn't say these would be PRACTICAL tips! Eat slowly. If I remember correctly, it takes about 20 minutes for your stomach to register that it's full. So slow down the eating and give your stomach a chance to tell your brain it doesn't want anymore.
